This is a song from the chapter, "The Meeting with the Supreme of the Great Jetsun's Heart Sons, the Lord Gampopa."
On the occasion where Milarepa admonishes Gampopa to go to the mountain Gampo Dar in U, where he will find his students and perform the benefit of beings, the Jetsun sings this song of advise.
