In Kamalashila, Schloss Wachendorf, August 1996, Rinpoche first explained four songs of realization in five talks and then guided the students present in the singing of them.

He spoke about how extraordinarily good a fortune it is to be able to sing these songs and also advised, how to visualize while doing so, and how to put their meaning into practice both in a relative and ultimate sense.
