From the chapter, Meeting with Lotön Gendun, the Jetsun has set Lotön to meditate. At one point, where there are many students gathering, Lotön approaches Milarepa and says: "There are such a variety of appearances happening that I find I cannot rest evenly at all. If this is a flaw, please advice, what methods can remove it; if it is a quality, advice a method for using it as enhancement and resting within it."
