From the story, Ramding Sky Cave, Jetsün Milarepa elucidates to Rechungpa and others, what kind of certainty you need to practice dharma from the heart.

Rinpoche opens the ninth summer course at Karmê Chöling, Self-Liberated Spaciousness, 2001, with an auspicious feast of songs. In particular, Rinpoche opens up for questions on Jetsün Mila's Twelve Kinds of Yogic Joy.

In a similar vein, for the concluding program talk 24, Rinpoche offers explanations on five songs of realization.

Talk 21-23, which are respectively Questions and Answers, an Evening Practice Session and a concluding session with advise based on the Thirty-Seven Practices of a Bodhisattva followed by Questions and Answers are also included here. 

The very last evening session, which consists in singing and dancing performances, is posted here as well.

Since this course was restricted, these teachings are for now as well.

On very few occasions, Rinpoche has chosen to offer to students his composition, Flame at the Heart of Great Bliss   བདེ་ཆེན་སྙིང་གི་སྒྲོན་མེ།   which teaches how the play of appearances shines from within bliss emptiness.

These sessions have always been in a restricted setting. Rinpoche taught this song extensively during the restricted course in Seattle 2005.

In 1982, Rinpoche visited Kamalashila, Schloss Wachendorf, twice, namely in February and September.

For a week in September, Rinpoche offered teachings on Maitreya's Buddha Nature, Chandrakirti's Entering the Middle Way and "The Dharma Cairns of Kharak Gomchung" from Rain of Wisdom. In a restricted setting to his group of translators-in-training, he taught excerpts from Lord Marpa's Life and Songs in this way establishing an auspicious connection.

In Athens, 1992, Rinpoche taught this song of Milarepa's, which he sung to the lord of dharma, Gampopa. The Eight Bardos contain most valuable pith instructions.

Visiting Kagyu Thubten Chöling, 9-11 November 2005, Rinpoche offers a restricted talk on respectively Guru Rinpoche's Aspiration Prayer, Dza Paltrul Rinpoche's Five Poisons Self-liberated and Paltrul Rinpoche's Meditation on Avalokiteshvara in accord with the Four Yogas of Mahamudra. There's recitation meditation on Perfect Purity as well.

Rinpoche also offers two talks on the paramitas from Maitreya's Ornament of the Sutra Collection, which you will find the Maitreya section of the library.
