They recite the stong nyid bzhi sbyor from Shes rab Snyingpo and Rinpoche explains the meaning.
In the Shedras they study this extensively, but these explanations together with the explanations from Maitreya Aspiration Prayer is sufficient.
The anis will be divided into two groups, eight in each group, and take turns going to Yolmo. They can support each other increasing their diligence! Alone is more difficult.
