In the summer of 1993, Rinpoche presented a second seminar on Ocean of Definitive Meaning to the Shambhala sangha. This seminar took place at Karmê Chöling over the course of three weeks.
Rinpoche explained to an audience of sadhakas the methods for investigating the nature of the mind at rest, in motion, and in the medium of appearance.
