Under the auspices of Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, it has become tradition that Khenpo Rinpoche's students gather together at least once a year. The main purpose for this is to strengthen our samaya with the Guru through practicing together, studying, and conducting Guru Seva meetings, but very much also to celebrate Rinpoche's birthday.

Enjoy the beautiful footage of the guru and the devoted students gathering for these celebrations at Tek Chok Ling in Bouddha on 1 March 2015, 29 March 2016, 9 April 2017 and 30 March 2018.

Each year, the traditional Long life Aspirations are offered to Rinpoche in the morning, and in the afternoon until late in the day, the offerings of song and dance performances. You find the lyrics for these aspirations here.

For the study groups that are conducted each year, please see the library's section for registered users in the Miscellaneous category or by searching "KSPM". From 2019 there are beautiful photos available in the category "Photos, History of Rinpoche's Enlightened Activity".

In 2021, Rinpoche's 87th birthday was celebrated via cyberspace. These recordings are also found here.

In Seattle, June 23rd 1997, at Seattle Shambhala Center, the rare occasion happens where Rinpoche, when requested, tells about his upbringing in Tibet, the lamas that he relied on, and much more.
