During the extensive course in Bodhgaya, February 1989, at the Burmese Vihara, Rinpoche teaches Nagarjuna's Sixty Stanzas on Reasoning. Rinpoche correlates the view of Nagarjuna with the view of various realized masters and, of course, the Lord of yogi Milarepa. 

While a group of students from Rumtek visits Rinpoche for their holiday, Rinpoche drills a lot of syllogisms. Rinpoche leaves for Kathmandu and continues teaching the Sixty Stanzas on Reasoning to complete the text. You will also find a talk on the two truths based on the verse from the Sutra of the Noble Collection: "Know the five skandhas are like an illusion..." offered on the 4 February 1990

Visiting Karma Chodrub Gyamtso Ling, Brussels, 17-22 March 1989, Rinpoche offers 1 talk on a verse by Dolpopa Sherab Gyaltsen and 3 talks on Sixty Stanzas on Reasoning.

At Kagyu Ling, Plaige August 1989, Rinpoche teaches select verses from the Sixty Stanzas of Reasoning. He especially emphasizes how they are a remedy for clinging to true existence, how to employ the certainty of  such a view in meditation, and thereby progressing on the path of liberation.

At Kagyu Thubten Choling, September 1989, Rinpoche offers 5 talks.
