Review notes by Hanna Severin:

The very nature of mind is pure from the beginning, but it is endowed with the buddha qualities. Buddha nature pervades in all sentient beings. This is presented by examples: refining stones we get gold, out of sesame seeds we gain oil, by churning milk butter is produced.....
The Buddha himself is free from impurities and obscurations.
There are three levels of buddha nature, the base, the path and enlightenment.
Sentient beings wander in Samsara, being free of all impurities it is called nirvana.
Negative emotions can turn into wisdom as soon as we recognize that we are dreaming.
Recognizing forms as appearance-emptiness, sound as sound -emptiness, thoughts as awareness- emptiness frees you from Samsara.
At the end Rinpoche speaks about the importance to practice Dharma, life is very short.
