Developing love and compassion, wisdom and the means for the benefit of sentient beings is very important, pride should be abandoned, a bodhisattva is never permitted to act upon an unwholesome action, only in order to save sentient beings, the three negative actions of body and the four negative actions of speech are permitted for a bodhisattva because their actions are motivated by love and compassion.
