The Jewel Ornament of Liberation by Gampopa, 4th chapter, All composite is impermanent
the 4 hindrances are:
1. Attachment or clinging to this life
2. Attachment to essential pleasures in this world
3. Attachment to self complacency,
4. Ignorance of realizing Buddhahood
I. the instructions of the lamas are the remedies of all four hindrances,
II. the method of how to meditate on impermanence
a) the meditation on impermanence of the outer vessel
b) the meditation on impermanence of the inner content
