The Three Main Ways to Regard Suffering and Disturbing Emotions སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་ཀྱི་ལྟ་ཚུལ།

3) How sufferings and disturbing emotions are view in the Vajrayana context.

Vajrayana speaks of the three, Vessel, Contents and Continuum. (སྣོད་དང་བཅུད་དང་རྒྱུད་གསུམ་)

1) Vessel (outer world) is viewed as pure; appearance emptiness inseparable
2) Contents (Inner contents of this world are the beings)
3) Continuum (the eight consciousnesses)

Rinpoche composed a logical argument regarding Vessel view in the Vajrayana:
རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པ་ལུགས་ལ་ཕྱི་སྣོད་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་གྱུར་ཅིག
གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་ཡིན་པའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཡོད་དེ་སྣང་སྟོང་དབྱེད་མེད་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།

Given the outer world in Vajrayana
It has a reason to be a pure palace,
Because is appearance emptiness inseparable.

Rinpoche composed a logical argument regarding Contents viewed in the Vajrayana:
རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པའི་ལུགས་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་ལུས་གྱུར་ཅིག
ལྷ་ཡིན་པའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཡིན་དེ་སྣང་སྟོང་དབྱེད་མེད་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།

Given the inner contents, sentient beings in the Vajrayana
There is the reason they are like yidams
Because they are appearance and emptiness inseparable.

Rinpoche composed a verse regarding the Contents:
ཡི་དམ་གྱི་སྐྱེད་རིམ་སྒོམ་པ་རྣམས།
ལུས་སྣང་སྟོང་དབྱེད་མེད་ཡིད་ཆེས་ན།
ལྷ་སྣང་སྟོང་དབྱེད་མེད་སྒོམ་པ་ནས།
ལྷ་སྣང་སྟོང་དབྱེད་མེད་སྒོམ་ཤེས་ན།
ཐ་མལ་གྱི་སྣང་ཞེན་འགོག་པར་ནུས།

Those practitioners who mediate on the development stage of a deity,
If they have faith that their bodies to be appearance and emptiness inseparable
They will be able to understand that the deity is also appearance and emptiness inseparable.
And If they know that the deity is also appearance and emptiness inseparable,
Than they will be able to stop clinging to ordinary appearances.

Rinpoche composed an argument regarding Continuum:

རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པ་ལུགས་ལ་རྣམ་ཤེས་ཚུལ་བརྒྱད་གྱུར་ཅིག་
ངོ་བོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྔ་ཡིན་པའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཡོད་དེ།
ངོ་བོ་གསལ་སྟོང་འབྱེད་མེད་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར།

Given the eight consciousnesses in Vajrayana,
There is a reason that they are the five primordial awarenessess
Because their essence is clarity emptiness inseparable

In vajrayana, non-dual primordial wisdom is proclaimed which is in accordance to Milarepa's song that saids:
གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་དོན་རྟོགས་ན་ལྟ་བའི་མཆོག་རེད།

“If one realizes that non-duality than this is the most supreme of all realizations.”
