The Three Main Ways to Regard Suffering and Disturbing Emotions སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་ཀྱི་ལྟ་ཚུལ།

Explanation of the Praise to the Three Jewels from Buddha Nature (རྒྱུད་བླ་མ་):
Three Ways of Viewing Afflictions and Sufferings:
1) The different ways that the defilement and suffering are viewed in the Sravaka and Pratyekabuddha view.
2) How sufferings and disturbing emotions are view in the Mahayana context.
3) How sufferings and disturbing emotions are view in the Vajrayana context.

ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ལུགས་ལ་ནི།
འཁོར་བ་སྣང་སྟོང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཡིན།
འཁོར་བ་སྣང་སྟོང་ཙམ་ཡིན་ཅེ།
ཚེ་འདི་ཡང་སྣང་སྟོང་སྒྱུར་མ་ཙང་།
སྣང་སྟོང་གི་ལྟ་བ་སྒོམ་སྦྱོར་ན།
སངས་མཆོག་ཐོབ་ལ་དཀའ་བ་མེད།

In the Mahayana tradition, all phenomena are appearance emptiness inseparable,
So samsara is also appearance and emptiness inseparable.
Since samsara is also appearance and emptiness inseparable,
All phenomena of this life are appearance and emptiness inseparable.
If one knows how to mediation on appearance of this life as being like an illusion,
It is not difficult to reach the enlighten state of Buddha-hood.

Rinpoche composed a verse on Vajrayana's view regarding suffering:
རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པ་ལུགས་ལ་ནི།
སྣང་སྲིད་དག་པ་རང་འབྱམས་ཡིན།
འཁོར་བ་དག་པ་རབ་འབྱམས་ཡིན།
དག་སྣང་གི་ལྟ་བ་སྒོམ་སྦྱོར་ན།
སངས་རྒྱས་ཐོབ་ན་དཀའ་བ་མེད།

In Vajrayana, all appearances are complete purity.
Since all appearances are complete purity
Also Samara is complete purity.
If one meditates on this purity,
It will not be difficult to reach enlightenment.
