At Karma Chang Chub Cho Phel Ling, Heidelberg Germany, 5-7 September 1997, Rinpoche first introduces Jetsun Milarepa and the view of the unborn based on Mila's pointing out instructions to the teacher Sakya Guna. Rinpoche then continues to offer five talks on the madhyamaka view and 1 talk on A Song of Meaningful Connections. The first talk is also translated into English.
Rinpoche also visited Thegsum Tashi Chöling in Hamburg, 23-28 September 1997. Rinpoche offered the following teachings:
