At Kagyu Ling, Plaige, August and September 1993, Rinpoche explains in detail the part of chapter 6.3 called A Systematic Presentation of the Great Vehicle ཐེག་ཆེན་རྣམ་གཞག from Treasury of Knowledge—both with respect to root and commentary.

At Karma Tengyal Ling, Ludwigshorst, 23-29 September 1993, Rinpoche explains the mahayana vehicles in Tibetan only and then sets his students to conduct study groups in several languages. Rinpoche also devotes a talk to the five great reasonings.
