At Marpa House, Bouddha, November 1988, Rinpoche offered extensive teaching on the entire text in Tibetan only.
At Kagyu Ling in Plaige, 1989, Rinpoche extensively taught Maitreya's text Distinguishing Phenomena and Pure Being based on Ju Mipham Rinpoche's commentary.
Also at Kagyu Thubten Chöling, August-September 1989, Rinpoche chose to explain the entirety of the text.
At the end of his trip to Malaysia, October 1989, Rinpoche visits Singapore and offers a talk on Pure Being.
These teachings are prior to the publication of the English translation of this great treatise and the terminology of the text is therefore often explained in detail.
