In the 6th section of Lodro Thaye's text, Indo-Tibetan Classical Learning and Buddhist Phenomenology, the first chapter deals with A Presentation of the Common Fields of Knowledge and the Worldly Paths.

In Brussels, May 1985, Rinpoche prepares his translators for the English translation of the chapter 8.1 and includes for them private questions and answers sessions including reading through this section on Brahma Yana found here. Rinpoche also reads the part of the introductory section that offers the background for Lodro Thaye composing the text.

At Kagyu Ling, Plaige 1986, Rinpoche teaches the paths, which lead to the higher states within cyclic existence. This includes the human states and god realms in the desire realm, but the main emphasis is put on the meditative forms of equipoise, which lead to birth in the realm of Brahmā in the four states of the form realm as well as the four states of the formless realm. For the many other topics taught during the course, search "Plaige 1986" in the search box.
