Ornament of the Sutra Collection ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་མདོ་སྡེའི་རྒྱན།

The culmination of the training of bodhisattvas is seeking for instructions and directions, as well as sharing them with others, in order to bring the path of seeing and familiarization to their culmination.
Choose a good place with suitable climate, search for friends with good discipline and conduct, a spiritual, virtuous friend who has seen the ultimate truth, being skillful with the teachings, having love and compassion, without discouragement, being enthusiastic, not being influenced by evil deeds, wrong views or negative friends,
During the path of accumulation they understand the selflessness of self and phenomena, on the path of junction they make an effort to realize the ultimate truth.
