In July 1990, Rinpoche visited Karma Chophel Ling in Rodby, Denmark and taught the text from the beginning all the way up through chapter sixth's presentation on the absense of personal self.
For a few winters, Rinpoche and his group of students were requested to reside at a newly established institute in Delhi in order for it to gain the official Indian approval. Rinpoche in his great kindness accepted and offered teachings on this text by Chandrakirti in November 1990.
