In 1982, Rinpoche devoted part of a course held at Vajradhara Ling, August 1982, to teaching the most important verses from the text presenting the stages of the path.
In Kamalashila, Schloss Wachendorf, September 1982, Rinpoche taught the Great Madhyamaka Reasonings and offered a talk on the clear light nature of mind.
In Athens, October 1982, Rinpoche offered 2 talks to the translators present to facilitate their translations of the Sixteen Types of Emptiness.
