In particularly, he uses the initial praises to the Buddha, to Nagarjuna and to Asangha to elucidate how the views taught in the second and third turning of the wheel of Dharma are not in contradiction.
Rinpoche furthermore makes many references to Nagarjuna's Praise to the Vajra of Mind, སེམས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བསྟོད་པ།.
Rinpoche gives reading transmission for A Prayer that these True Words be Swiftly Fulfilled སྨོན་ལམ་བདེན་ཚིག་མྱུར་འགྲུབ།

In August 2001, Rinpoche opens the summer course, "Laying the Foundation for Vajrayana", held at Dechen Choling, France, with two talks on this text as well.
